Ant Kobak (Antonio)
Managing Director
Ant is the Managing Director of Galibarda and the family’s second generation in tourism. He grew up in Istanbul and pursued his university studies in the Catholic University of Milan, Italy. He began his professional journey through an apprenticeship at Galibarda’s Florence office alongside his father, gaining early, hands-on experience in destination management and travel operations. He later took on the management of the Istanbul office in 2018 while living between Italy and Türkiye, developing a cross-regional perspective in tourism. His work has consistently involved being on the road, discovering new routes, inspecting partner hotels, testing unique restaurants, and meeting with local guides across the Mediterranean region to ensure the quality and authenticity of Galibarda’s programs. Currently, he has also established Galibarda’s London office and is now primarily based in London. He is known for being approachable and easy to reach, always responding quickly to partners and guests. With a flexible and accommodating attitude, he handles last-minute changes, program adjustments, and pricing updates with care, making sure every journey runs as smoothly as possible.
